James M. Pinter, R.A, LEED AP - As a principal, Mr. Pinter is responsible for establishing the design direction of the company. Mr. Pinter will organize, on each project, the interdisciplinary coordination required to maintain production schedules and quality design, within the project cost limitations. Scott D. Fehl, R.A. - Mr. Fehl has been associated with Nova Group, Inc. since 1985. As Vice President of Design and Production, Mr. Fehl is responsible for the architectural design and preparation of the architectural contract documents. He manages and assists the principal architect in coordinating the interdisciplinary design team members, scheduling and attending regular project meetings and developing and refining design ideas. Nick W. Telowitz, R.A., LEED AP - Mr. Telowitz joined Nova Group, Inc. in 2004. Mr. Telowitz is responsible for project management and preparation of architectural contract documents. He manages and assists the principal architect in coordinating the interdisciplinary design team members, scheduling and attending regular project meetings and performing construction administration.
